Last week during a football match I must have landed hard on my backside causing me some pain and discomfort. Now, I am a goal keeper so jumping around on the floor and getting bumps and knocks is a normal occurrence. But if anyone who has injured or landed hard on their tail bone (or coccyx) knows the pain. Like a trooper (or idiot) I continued to play a few more times that week. Luckily I didn’t land on my backside again. However the pain has worsened to the point where even lying down hurts.

Looking online, I have read up on Coccydynia, which is usually caused by childbirth or injury. So sitting on a microwavable heated pillow is how I am spending my days off from work. Hopefully I haven’t fractured my coccyx and it’s just bruising!

Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate SHOULD be in the post today (fingers crossed). Would be perfect right about now! 🙂
